【Veneer Revolution】Shinnoki Prefinished Veneer Decorative Board On this page, we will introduce three types from the four lineups of Shinnoki: ■ Autumn Forest - Frozen Walnut - Cinnamon Triba - Smoke Walnut ■ What is Shinnoki? In Japan, the process of veneering, coloring, and finishing is considered a craft, but we utilize fully automated lines from Belgium for consistent production in our factory. In furniture manufacturing, by cutting and edge-banding decorative boards like low-pressure melamine boards, it is possible to easily and quickly produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components. We use urethane acrylate paint on both sides and perform UV irradiation six times, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural wood texture. In Japan, it is common to use 0.2mm thin veneers, but this product employs veneers three times that thickness, creating a space with overwhelming wood grain presence.
